Our ongoing vendor rating program ensures that every product is sourced exclusively from pre‑approved suppliers who meet rigorous benchmarks for performance, industry certifications, and counterfeit prevention. Quality Inspection Process
Incoming Inspection
All incoming components are verified against the Bill of Materials. Count, part number, date code, and manufacturer identity are checked before entering the QC workflow.
Visual & Mechanical Check
High‑magnification inspection for solderability, lead integrity, marking clarity, and physical damage. IPC‑A‑610 criteria applied to every batch.
Electrical Testing
Parametric measurements including resistance, capacitance, voltage rating, and leakage current. All values are compared to the manufacturer's datasheet limits.
Functional Verification
Selected components are tested in a real circuit environment. Switching behavior, signal integrity, and thermal response are validated under nominal load.
Reliability & Burn‑In
Accelerated aging tests: temperature cycling, humidity exposure, and 48‑hour burn‑in. Early failure detection ensures only robust components reach your line.
Final QC & Certification
Comprehensive final review: document package, test reports, and traceability records are compiled. Each batch is certified and given a unique QC lot code.
